(54) and Mary (38), and brother of Margaret (15), Alexander (13), Ann
(11), Donald Archibald (9), Rachael (6) and Catherine (9 months).
In 1881, Malcolm is shown at Aird, Benbecula, aged 14, the son of Hector (60) and Mary (48), and brother of Rachel (16) and Catherine (10).
Malcolm appears in the 1901 census aged 34 at the King's Stables, Stirling, as a Quarter Master Sergeant of Army in Military Married Quarters. He was born in South Uist [Benbecula] and is at that time married to Carrie Frances (23), with Malcolm Archibald (under 7 months) as his first child.
Malcolm appears in the 1911 census aged 45 at 88 Tyndall Road, Leyton, West Ham, East London. as Army Pensioner Commissionaire & Clerk Messinger With Mining Engineers, married to Frances Carrie (34). Apart from Malcolm Archibald Campbell (10), he has two younger sons, Ernest Alexander (8) and Gordon James Hunt (2).
